So in case you've happened upon this site.....I am just your average 'nana thrown into today's fast moving tech centered world. Why am I determined to 'figure it out' and try to be a 'techno granny! Well, because I am determined to be involved in my kid and grandkids lives and I think that ignoring what is an every day, every minute occurance in their life might just leave me 'in the dust'....so to speak. So here goes....I'm going to try to figure out all of this new technology and see how it can help me. I'm sure that it will at times 'hurt' as well.....but here I go on my quest to understand things like 'twitter', 'face book', cell phone texting, blogging and the like!
If you are my age, you might actually have a grandparent (or parent) that refused talk on the phone....finding it way too newfangled! Well, that's how a lot of my generation see things....but some of us are venturing out in to the new world. So I encourage you to let me know your stories and adventures in entering this techno world.
